Seven Essential Core Values. What do we hold as important to how we live our mission? Our Core Values describe what we do.
Exalting the Lord - By meeting together we celebrate our new life in Christ.
Christ Exalting - we are committed to continually pursue the honor and work of Jesus Christ in all we say and do.

Entreating God - By praying together we seek God's will and enabling.
Prayerful Dependence - We are committed to pray to be empowered by the Holy Spirit. (Jn. 14:13; Jn. 15:16)
We are committed to be a house of prayer

Equipping the saints - By learning and growing together we become more like Christ.
Open Communication - we are committed to timely, clear, honest communication being given and received in love. (Jam. 3:1-12; Eph. 4:15-16, 25, 29; Mt. 5:33-37; Eccl. 5:4-7)
Faithful Stewardship - As a church where every member is a minister, we are committed to team ministry that faithfully stewards all that we are and all that we have for God! (1 Cor. 4:2; 2 Cor. 8-9; Mt. 25:14-46; Mal. 3:8-12)
We are committed to having staff and leaders who are responsible to disciple, equip and release the priesthood of believers rather than do the ministry personally. (Mt. 28:19-20, Ephes. 4:11-12, 1 Pet. 2:9)
Evangelizing the world - We desire to reach out to others with God's love and forgiveness.
Discipleship Driven - we are committed to pursue the strong Scriptural mandate to seek & reach non-believers for Christ and mature the Saints.

Cultural Relevance - we are committed to use ministry forms, styles, and methods that are relevant to our culture. (Lk. 5:36-39; 1 Chron. 12:32; Es 4:13-14; 1 Cor. 9:22-23; Acts 17:26-27)
Edifying the Body – We gather together to love and care for people.
Biblically Grounded - We are committed that everything we do is based & built on understanding and applying Scriptural truth.

Healthy Relationships - We are committed to pursue authentic and loving relationships that promote lasting friendships, mutual care and consistent accountability for spiritual growth, and where believers live together in peace, with respect and humility towards one another.

Empathy for Others - Compassion for others as Jesus Christ has for us.
We need to have the compassion of Jesus toward others both inside and outside the church. Spiritual and practical concern leads us to act for the needs of people regarding discipleship, justice and compassion. (Matt. 9:36, 14:14, Mark 6:36)
